We constantly guarantee an accurate selection of ingredients, with maximum attention of quality controls . We excluded GMO, food coloring, preservatives and hydrogenated fats from our doughs. Before, during and after the whole production process, we do more than 20.000 systematic and random quality checks and tests. We operate according to SGS certified standars.
